If you have version 2.09, you will be automatically upgraded to 2.10 if you update your schedules to any schedule from 2013 onward. 2.10 is required for the updated database format. If you do not have a schedule update starting from 2013, your version will be 2.09. There is no standalone 2.09 to 2.10 schedule update required unless you have the newer schedules.
